Our Technique Day of Dance with guest teacher Eilidh is a focused training day designed to help dancers strengthen and refine their technical skills. Throughout the day, students will work on leaps, kicks and turns, breaking down correct technique to improve height, control and precision. Sessions will also include targeted conditioning and flexibility training to build strength, enhance extension and support safe progression. With Eilidh’s expert guidance and attention to detail, dancers will leave feeling challenged, motivated and more confident in their overall performance and technique.
